1. Our Services
BuyQuickCopy provides custom copywriting services, including product descriptions, ad copy, sales copy, landing page copy, website copy, bios, and related written content.
Our current service packages include:
- Quick Copy: Up to 300 words, 1 revision, delivered within 2 days.
- Sales Copy: Up to 800 words, 2 revisions, delivered within 3 days.
- Full Page Copy: Up to 1,500 words, 2 revisions, delivered within 4 days.
2. Order Process
After payment, you may be asked to complete a brief providing information about your business, target audience, preferred tone, goals, and any relevant examples.
Work will begin once we have received the information reasonably required to complete your order.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin after we receive your completed brief and all necessary information.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended if additional information, clarification, or materials are required from you.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated on the relevant service page.
Revisions must remain within the scope of the original brief. Major changes to the original direction, audience, offer, product, or project scope may be treated as a new order or may require an additional fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete your order.
You must ensure that any materials, trademarks, images, claims, product information, or other content supplied to us may lawfully be used for your project.
6. Results and Performance
We provide copywriting services based on the information and instructions supplied by you.
We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, conversions, traffic, revenue, advertising performance, search ranking, or other commercial result from the use of our copy.
7. Intellectual Property
Once your order has been paid in full, you may use the final approved copy delivered to you for your business and marketing purposes.
Any third-party materials, trademarks, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and is subject to our Refund Policy.
Orders may generally be cancelled before work has started. Once work has begun or completed copy has been delivered, full refunds may not be available.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the requested content violates applicable law or our policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuyQuickCopy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or copy.
Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
