Because BuyQuickCopy provides custom copywriting services, refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and the amount of work already completed.
1. Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before we have started working on your order, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. After Work Has Begun
Once work has started, a full refund may no longer be available because time and resources have already been committed to your project.
Depending on the progress of the order, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
3. After Delivery
Once completed copy has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered copy, please use the revision rounds included with your package before requesting any other resolution.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated on the relevant service page.
Revision requests must remain within the scope of the original brief.
Requests that substantially change the original direction, audience, product, offer, or project requirements may be treated as a new order and may require an additional fee.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines begin after we receive your completed brief and all information necessary to start your order.
Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or changes requested by the client are not grounds for a refund.
